What the estimate includes and what still depends on your payslip.

Will the result exactly match my payslip?

No. This is a 2026 estimate for a standard private-sector employee. Benefits, bonuses, collective agreements, pensions, insurance, regional reductions and personal circumstances may change the final amount.

Which Belgian rules are applied?

The calculation uses 13.07% employee social security, the 2026 work bonus, 2026 income-tax bands, the tax-free allowance, standard professional expenses and an estimated 7% municipal surcharge. Employer cost starts from the official 25% base contribution.

How is French net pay estimated?

Net pay before tax uses the main 2026 employee contributions and the €48,060 annual social-security ceiling. Withholding tax uses the rate you enter. Employer cost includes a standard contribution base and the 2026 RGDU reduction.

What does the Dutch estimate include?

It applies the 2026 payroll-tax bands, general tax credit and labour tax credit for a person below AOW age. Employer cost uses capped standard 2026 rates; pension and sector costs can be added separately.
